JMS Volkswagen Scirocco

It seems that every German tuner has to try their hand at the VW Scirocco these days. Arguably the most successful interpretation to date is this, the JMS Scirocco. It might not be quite the dose of concentrated evil that the Ai Designs Blackbird is, but the JMS is still pretty bad-ass. Even if I’ve never heard of JMS before and may never hear of them again, they still deserve a tip of my Toronto Blue Jays hat. The quad exhausts and the wheels alone are worth the perfectly reasonable $5,342 price of entry. But, of course, there’s more.

All the details and a gallery of this tuned Scirocco after the jump!

As you can see, there’s more to JMS’ efforts than just an Eisenmann exhaust system and 19″ wheels. There is also a fantastic body kit, and a Germanically-serious lowering kit that drops the car 55mm up front and 45mm at the rear, and little details like the blacked-out Vee Dub logo on the hood. Personally, I’d get rid of those heinous stickers, but other than that, there’s not much to fault. It is decidedly more tasteful than the Mansory Chopster. Just watch out for those speed bumps. And those speed cameras.

Yeah, yeah, I know we don’t have the Scirocco here in Canada yet, but we’re getting the Audi TT-RS, the Audi RS5, and the VW Polo so I doubt the Scirocco is far behind. VW Canada is watching over us. You just have to believe.
